This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath room house is an optimal floor plan for ease and comfort. Primary suite with 3/4 master bathroom (walk in shower stall) and half bath on the main level, wide open living area with hardwood flooring, 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom (w/ tub) upstairs. 2 car garage for parking or ping pong. Fantastic backyard for BBQing playing yard games and enjoying the shade provided by the large mature landscaping. A/C River Float tubes available Hammock Full kitchen Outdoor BBQ Wifi included as well as TV There is lots to do in Bend and even more across Central Oregon but if you want to stay in there's plenty here too.

Traffic noise behind property can be noisy. Host is not responsible for packages sent to property. Oftentimes packages are left in locked mailbox bank NOT on porch. Other Notes: There is road construction on the main road. From trails, rivers, & mountains to activities like fishing, skiing and rock climbing and everything in between Bend, has a piece of everything. Less than 2.5 miles from downtown and only 18 minutes from the RDM airport. Wilderness and adventure awaits, not to mention the restaurants, shopping and breweries that Bend has become world famous for.

The only thing you may NOT access is the drift boat parked on the side of the house.

Bend is a small town and driving from one end to the other only takes about 12 minutes. The Blue Rhodie is located on a main arterial road that can get you to main Parkway in less than three minutes drive time. Uber and Lift are available and biking around town is also very easy to do. Our favorite mode of transportation however is floating the river. Put in above Farewell Bend Park and taking out at Mirror Pond Park is a great way to relax and cool off in the summer months and get from part of town to the other.
