Butler Corner is located in Midtown and sits on a corner lot in a nice quiet and charming neighborhood just minutes from Downtown. Good to know
Guests will love the open living space downstairs with the light and bright kitchen and the comfy and cozy living room with TV and Fireplace. All the bedrooms are upstairs and features the master with on-suite and bedrooms two and three sharing a jack & jill bath. The backyard is just big enough for yard games and features a covered gazebo with fire pit and comfy furniture for visiting and enjoying company. Other Notes: There is road construction on the main road. Butler Corner, is as you might have guessed, on a corner lot just a blocks away from Butler Market road. The neighborhood is very quiet and charming and filled with great neighbors in the area. This was our personal house in the past and we still have great relationships with them. Please be courteous. This homes is only a few years old and is in great shape, light and bright with an open living concept downstairs that allows for mingleing amoungst friends. All of the bedrooms are upstairs, the master has its own private bath and bedrooms 2 and 3 share a jack and jill.

The entire home is yours to stretch out and enjoy. The garage even features 3 bays.

Bend is a small town and driving from one end to the other only take about 12 minutes. Butler Corner is located just off a main arterial road that can get you to main Parkway in less than three minutes drive time. Uber and Lift are available and biking around town is also very easy to do. Our favorite mode of transportation however is floating the river. Put in above Farewell Bend Park and taking out at Mirror Pond Park is a great way to relax and cool off in the summer months and get from part of town to the other.
