You can walk or ride down to the Hayden Homes Amphitheater, shopping, dining and of course the Deschutes River. The 2 bedroom 2 bath house itself is surrounded by trees and is very private. You will love the full tile shower in the master bathroom and the light and bright kitchen with updated appliances. This place is a perfect mix of comfort and location.

This property is a Duplex but is in fantastic condition and very private. Unit 2 is the Aspen. It is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. The master has its own flat screen TV and attached bathroom suite. The second bedroom has a small desk for those needing to work from... wherever. The couch in the living room can be folded out to a full bed if needed. We love animals but we do not allow pets.

Access is easy. The DUPE is in the end of a cul-de-sac. Each side of the duplex has a dedicated garage space as well as a dedicated driveway parking space. If needed there is also on-street parking. The old mill district is less than a mile away .7 of a mile to be exact.

We get this question a bunch so... YES this location is close to the Old Mill District. Less than a mile to the old mill cinema and 1.1 miles to the Amphitheater. To some a mile is nothing, to others a bike ride might be easier. There are plenty of places to rent bicycles around town including a place in the old mill.
